The MBSR Course
Palouse Mindfulness
We encourage those starting to meditate to take this 8 week, free, online MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) course. We will assist your training and if you want to go further on the path we offer support for a secular Buddhist practice. If you just want to try meditation or learn some of the various meditation practices for casual use we can help with that too.
This online MBSR training course is 100% free, created by a fully certified MBSR instructor, and is based on the program founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
